He has more than 27 years of rich experience in Fund raising by Public/Rights issue/Preferential allotment, Debentures Issue, Corporate Legal Affairs, Listing Compliances of NSE/BSE, Statutory/MCA/ROC Compliances, SEBI, Company Incorporation, Company Law matters, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters, DRT, NCLT matters and Finance. Currently, He is working with Vardhman Polytex Limited as Company Secretary.
